Specializing in ELISA test kits.

What is ELISA?

ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) is an evaluation technique designed for detecting and quantifying soluble substances. The process involves using antibodies to detect an antigen of interest. The antibody-antigen immune complex is immobilized on the surface of a microtiter plate well or tube. Substrate is exposed to the complex and a conjugated enzyme is used to convert the substrate into a measurable product. Immunoassays are incredibly useful because they can detect antigens at low concentrations, quickly and effectively.

How are ELISA Test Kits developed?

We work closely with analytical methods development personnel to customize specificity and assay protocols to best suit the desired application.
