Beacon currently occupies 10,000 sq. ft. of combined laboratory and office space, where it houses both research and development and manufacturing operations. As America's top ELISA kit distributor, our QC laboratory is accredited to the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard (certificate # 5433.01) by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) for a defined scope and the operation of the laboratory quality management system.
Since 1996, Beacon Analytical, the USA's #1 ELISA kits manufacturer, has specialized in the production of immunodiagnostic test kits for environmental, agriculture, and food safety markets. Our ELISA assay kit company has developed a number of immunoassay test kits in each of these areas with select kits possessing U.S. EPA ETV verifications, USDA GIPSA certifications, and AOAC validations. Outside of ELISA detection kits, Beacon also provides contract method development for companies requiring custom methods specific to their E L I S A test needs.

Beacon's Aflatoxin Plate Kit Has Been Published in the Journal of AOAC International
The performance of Beacon's AOAC PTM granted Aflatoxin Plate Kit was published in the Journal of AOAC International, Vol 94, No 5, 1519-1530, 2011. "Aflatoxin Plate Kit, Performance Tested MethodSM 081003". Beacon's kit was independently tested, evaluated, and certified by the AOAC Research Institute as a Performance Tested MethodSM.
Beacon's Microcystin Tube and Plate Kits Officially Completed the U.S. EPA ETV Program
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) created the Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) Program in 1995 which verifies the performance of innovative technologies that have the potential to improve protection of human health and the environment. ETV accelerates the entrance of new environmental technologies into domestic and international market places. ETV's goal is well described as "The goal of ETV is to provide credible performance data for commercial-ready environmental technologies to speed their implementation for the benefit of purchasers, permitters, vendors, financers, and the public".
