From the north:

Driving South on I-95, merge onto I-195 E via Exit 36 toward Saco/Old Orchard Beach (the exit after the Scarborough exit).

Take the Industrial Park Road exit, marked Exit 1.

At the end of the ramp, take a slight right onto Industrial Park Road.

Stay on Industrial Park Road around the curve to the right.
